At the Papagayo Beach Resort, guests will find top-notch service and comfortable accommodations in a luxurious atmosphere. The resort consists of 50 spacious villas that have been tastefully decorated in colonial style by architect Jan des Bouvrie. Just steps away from your luxurious bungalow you will find the pearly white sand beach waiting for you. Sip an exotic and refreshing drink from the cocktail bar on the beach, or if sand and surf aren't your style, lounge by the outdoor pool and soak up the sunshine. This resort offers you a fine restaurant where you can dine for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also a bar near the restaurant, perfect for cocktails and relaxing.
**This resort requires a seven-night minimum stay between 12/21/03-1/5/04.**
Each luxurious villa has a spacious living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen, including a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and combination oven. The 2-person bedrooms have air conditioning and each has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and lavatory. The use of natural materials (wooden floors, wooden folding partitions, etc.) gives the interior a pleasant atmosphere that will put everyone at ease. In the living room you will find a television with remote control and a telephone, which allows you to make direct international calls from the villa. Nearly all villas have a full or partial view of the sea and a few have a view of the pool. This is combined with a beautifully furnished patio.

Directions:

To Papagayo Beach Resort from the Hato airport: Go to the airport exit and turn right to Willemstad. Go through roundabout towards Willemstad. Go straight through two traffic lights. The road curves to the left (sea on the right-hand side) keep going straight ahead. Go straight through two more traffic lights until the last lights on this road go left onto the bridge (sign says: Punda). Go left and stay in the left lane. Go over the bridge in the left lane, when you get over the bridge stay in the right lane. Go straight through three traffic lights, when you see Kentucky Fried Chicken on the right-hand side, turn right at traffic light. Go straight ahead until roundabout, go left at roundabout (taking the road between Atrium on the right and Auto City on the left). Go straight on road until road ends in a turn to the right, stopping at the water. Turn left, as road turns to the right. You will see the sign for Papagayo Beach Resort.
